Q: How long the warranty is?
A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Q: What isn’t covered by the warranty?
A: 1. The product is over warranty time and it is damaged by the customers themselves.
2. For force majeure causes like earthquake, typhoon, etc, the product isn't covered by the warranty.
